Yes! We ship worldwide except to Israel and North Korea. So there’s no reason for you not to get your hands on AKUDESIGN™ products.

F. May I know the size chart of AKUDESIGN™ products?
You can find the size chart in the product description for each item. All measurements are provided in centimeters (cm) & inch for your reference. Please slide picture no three for every product or can just check at the product description.
We always try our best to provide accurate sizing information. However, due to fabric characteristics and the manufacturing process, slight variations in sizing may occur.
G. Apart from AKUDESIGN™ Concept Store, are there any authorized dealers or marketplaces that sell AKUDESIGN™ products?
Yes. We currently have several authorized dealers and marketplaces in Malaysia. Please refer to the Store tab for the latest list and details.
H. Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?
Returns are only accepted for faulty items.
If you receive a defective product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns are accepted only if there is an issue such as:
Torn or damaged product
Wrong size sent
Incorrect product design
Items cannot be refunded in cash, but they can be exchanged for another product of the same value.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
